This includes everything from decluttering and space planning to creating sustainable organization systems and managing moves.

How does the consultation process work?

We begin with a free consultation where we:

  • Tour your space (in-person or virtually)
  • Discuss your organizational challenges
  • Learn about your lifestyle and needs
  • Identify your goals and timeline
  • Provide initial recommendations
  • Outline potential solutions and costs

How do you determine the scope and cost of a project?

Project scope and costs are determined based on several factors:

After the consultation, we provide a detailed proposal outlining services, timeline, and costs.

Pricing and Services:

What are your rates?

Our services are priced at $80 per hour with a 6 hour minimum. We also offer package deals for larger projects. Each project is unique, and we’ll provide a detailed estimate after the consultation. Please see our Project and Services page for more information.

Do you provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI)?

Yes, we are fully insured and can provide a Certificate of Insurance upon request.

What areas do you serve?

We primarily serve Los Angeles and surrounding areas.

Process and Procedures:

How long does a typical organization project take?

Project duration varies based on scope. A single room might take 4-8 hours, while a whole-home organization or move management project could take several days. We’ll provide a time estimate during consultation.

Do I need to be present during the organization process?

A: While you don’t need to be present the entire time, we recommend being available for the first session and key decision-making moments, especially during decluttering phases.

What happens to items I don't want to keep?

We can help coordinate all your drop offs to:

  • Donations to our local charity partners
  • Consignment of valuable items
  • Responsible recycling
  • Proper disposal of unwanted items

All the destinations for your items are discussed and approved by you.

Working Together:

How should I prepare for my organizing session?

We recommend:

  • Having a general idea of your goals
  • Being ready to make decisions about items
  • Setting aside valuable or sentimental items beforehand
  • Ensuring access to all areas being organized

Will you make me get rid of my belongings?

Absolutely not. We guide and support your decisions but never pressure you to dispose of anything. Our goal is to help you create systems that work for your lifestyle while keeping what matters to you.

What if I need to maintain the organization system after you leave?

We create sustainable, easy-to-maintain systems. We’ll provide detailed maintenance instructions and offer follow-up sessions if needed so you can schedule regular maintenance visits.

Safety and Security:

What health and safety protocols do you follow?

We follow all current CDC guidelines and can provide specific protocols upon request.

How do you handle confidential information?

We maintain strict confidentiality and can sign NDAs if required. All client information and spaces are treated with the utmost discretion.
